Depending on your Country or Region, our orders are usually delivered within 7-15 business days.


TRACKING ORDERS

You will receive an email notification containing your tracking Code when your order is shipped. Allow few working days for the tracking information to show in our system, ideally 1-3 days.


WRONG ADDRESS

The buyer must enter the correct Shipping Address. If you notice that you provided a wrong Shipping Address, contact us immediately at info@mr2corner.com in order to submit the correct one.


RETURNS

When you order with M&R CORNER, you are responsible for the cost of shipping back to M&R CORNER. Please check out our Return Policy for more information.


LOST ITEMS

M&R CORNER is not responsible for lost items. We go by the tracking information. If your tracking information indicates that your item was delivered to your address and you haven't received it, please contact your Shipping Carrier and report it immediately. 

What should I do if i receive a defective item?
  1. You may exchange item(s) by submitting a Return Request within 30 days from the date you received the item.
  2. Please contact us at info@mr2corner.com 
  3. Provide evidence (photos and description) of the defective item(s).
  4. When you do all of the above things, we will immediately ship a replacement item(s) to you.
